Don't forget

I am putting this on so I can remember that we like it.
Olive oil
potatoes
fresh thyme
onion
Cook on over medium heat stove top

That sounds delish. I've usually roasted them in the oven, I bet this is quicker. I like how you cut up the potatoes.
