For my grandma's birthday we did
80 orange balloons
80 red balloons
80 ruby rings
80 dollars of see's chocolate
and
80 flowers

She loves see's chocolate, flowers and has always worn her ruby ring and painted her fingernails to match it .

If you haven't ever filled a room with 160 helium balloons I would like to recommend it.
