Maya tied her firecracker skirt.
You just cut strips of tulle and tie them onto elastic in whatever pattern you would like.
We did a layer of red, white and blue.
So easy and fun.

So freakin adorable! If Kaitlyn didnt already have a 4th dress from last year that still fits her..I'd def be makin her a tu tu firecracker skirt. I MISS THE CRAP OUT OF YOU by the way. I will be moving back your way in September..so GET ready!!!!!
